Coronavirus Update

The situation surrounding the coronavirus continues to evolve, with new developments moving quickly. The safety, security and health of our guests and staff is always our priority, now more than ever.

This is a fast-moving situation and we are doing our best to stay informed and follow the latest advisories of government and health authorities.

MARCH AND APRIL TRIPS CANCELLED

Authorities have advised increased caution for people over 60 and put in place limits on large social gatherings. Due to these advisories, all Upper Class trips are cancelled for the remainder of March and all of April. All trips scheduled to depart from today through April 30, 2020 are now cancelled.

Guests booked on these trips will automatically receive a full credit toward future trips. There is no need to call the office to receive your credit. If you are booked on these trips, a full credit will automatically be placed into your profile.

Credits related to coronavirus cancellations can be applied to new bookings through March 31, 2021 and are non-transferable.

LONG WAIT TIMES ON THE PHONE

As you can imagine, our reservation team is experiencing call volume like never before. This is resulting in longer than usual hold times. It is taking us longer than we’d like to return your messages. We apologize that it is difficult to get through on the phones right now.

Please know that we are doing our best to answer every call and return your messages as quickly as we can. We would be grateful if you could please bear with us as we do our best to navigate these unprecedented circumstances.

We will use email and our website to help communicate with regular updates. Please check our website regularly and share emails with friends that you travel with.

We will continue to evaluate as more information becomes available. As of now, trips departing on May 1 and beyond will continue as scheduled.
