Join us for a world-class culinary experience with a three-course lunch presented by the student-chefs at The Bocuse, the newest restaurant at The Culinary Institute of America, the world’s premiere culinary college. This is a rare event as The Bocuse is not usually open to groups! Lunch will be prepared by the institute’s student-chefs, featuring a chef-curated, set menu of French cuisine, served in a breathtaking, lightfilled, architectural space. Before lunch, go behind-the-scenes on a guided tour of the institute. A foodie paradise, explore this culinary hub to see the kitchens, unparalleled campus views and epicurean legacy.
After lunch, be awed at the area’s biggest attraction, the Walkway Over the Hudson, the second-longest, elevated pedestrian bridge in the world. Take an elevator to the walkway and enjoy a guided tour during a brief walk on the bridge. Marvel at the 360 degree, breathtaking view of the Hudson Valley.
