Bring your world-class appetite and come hungry for a gourmet, three-course lunch presented by the students at the country’s premiere culinary college. Lunch will be prepared by the CIA’s student-chefs at Caterina de’Medici, featuring authentic regional Italian cuisine with a sophisticated twist. 

After lunch, take a private, guided tour of “Springwood,” the birthplace, lifelong home, and burial place of Franklin Delano Roosevelt. With a National Park Ranger, visit FDR’s home and Presidential Library as you step into the life of the only president elected to four terms.
