Day 1: Quebec City (D)
Your first day in Quebec is the perfect time to get to know your Tour Director and fellow travelers. Enjoy a welcome reception, including a glass of beer or wine when you check into your home for the trip, the Delta Québec Hotel. With exceptional city and mountain views, the Delta features fully renovated guestrooms, their signature Sanctuary bed, a heated outdoor pool and fitness center. Tonight, enjoy dinner at Le Bistro featuring regionally-inspired cuisine and magnificent mountain views.
Day 2: Quebec City (B)
After breakfast at the hotel, tour La Citadelle, one of the city’s most important landmarks. An active military garrison dating back to the mid-1700’s, experience soldier life as you wander the buildings, bastions and strongholds of the fort. The tour’s grand finale will take place on the Citadel’s parade grounds for the awe-inspiring Changing of the Guard Ceremony. This colorful ceremony involves the inspection of the troops by the officers, music by the Royal 22e Régiment Band, and more. This is a rare sight that can be seen only in a few cities, making it a true, can’t-miss life experience!
Then, follow your local guide off the beaten path and be charmed by Old Quebec, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Relive 400 years of action-packed history during stops at the National Assembly and Parliament Hill, Battlefields Park, Château Frontenac, Notre-Dame-de-Québec Basilica, Place d’Armes, the Place Royale and more!

Day 3: Island of Orleans and Montmorency Falls (B, L)
After breakfast, our local guide will lead you on a tour of the Island of Orleans, dating back to the 1500’s. and known as the “Garden of Quebec.” This afternoon is a collection of memorable highlights including:
- A magical lunch inside in a magnificent old flour mill from the 1700’s in Moulin de St Laurent.
- A tour of a local, family-run Cider Mill.
- The Spectacular Water Falls at Parc-de-la-Chute-Montmorency! Almost double the height of Niagara, be amazed by incredible views from the suspended bridge overlooking the falls!
Day 4: Quebec City of Optional Grosse Île (B, D)
Today, the choice is yours! Relax at the hotel, explore the city, make it your day. Or, choose an optional day on the water! Whatever your plan, finish the day together with a farewell dinner in Old Quebec City.
If you choose the optional day tour, you'll take to the water today on a narrated day cruise along the St. Lawrence River to the picturesque island of Grosse Île. With your Parks Canada Guide, tour Grosse Île’s history, experience village life, enjoy a Trolley ride and more. You’ll enjoy a boxed lunch on board the boat! $109 per person.
Day 5: Quebec City (B)
You’ll enjoy breakfast before the journey home today. On the ride home, re-live this wonderful trip with your new friends as you arrive home with fond memories of Quebec City.
