Go behind the scenes at one of the most private and prestigious clubs in New York City. On a special access, guided tour of The Players Club, step into a world typically reserved only for members.
Feel like a member at The Players, a private social club founded in 1888 by Edwin Booth, known as the greatest American actor of his time.

Housed in a Gothic Revival-style mansion facing Gramercy Park, The Players invited only the most elite and esteemed artists to join. The list of famous members is highly guarded from outsiders, but is said to include Mark Twain, Humphrey Bogart, Angela Lansbury, Sidney Poitier, Lauren Bacall, John Barrymore, Liza Minelli, Gregory Peck and more.

Walk in the footsteps of these legendary artists at this exclusive club they often called home and that was the site for many notorious parties. If only the walls could talk!
Enjoy a fitting lunch at Sardi’s, a landmark of the theater district and a favorite of actors and performers, with many featured in the famous caricatures that adorn the dining room walls. Which will be your favorite?
