Important Travel Information and Policies
The Upper Class Travel Insurance
The Upper Class, LLC
understands that medical circumstances may arise out of your control
which could result in a guest being forced to cancel their trip. In
the event of illness or medical emergency,
The Upper Class Insurance
Program will enable guests to receive a full and immediate refund.
We strongly advise our guests to protect their travel plans with
this option. Simply supply
The Upper Class with your
doctor’s note stating that, based on an office examination, your
doctor determined that you were not able to travel on the day of the
trip. The note must be signed by the doctor and dated on or before
the departure date. You will then receive a full refund, minus the
cost of the insurance. Insurance is only available for medical
cancellations. For trips $99 and less, the insurance is $10 per person
For trips $100 and up, the insurance is 10% of the cost of the trip per person
Travel Insurance must be purchased
more than 30 days prior to tour departure for One-Day tours and 60 days
prior to tour
departure for Multi-Day tours. Insurance claims must be submitted within
30 days from the original departure date. Seating on Motorcoach Travel To be fair to all guests,
The Upper Class
assigns seats for motor coach travel in order of payment received. If a
certain seat is important to you, or you are traveling with a group of
friends, please let us know at the time of your reservation and we will
do our best to honor your request. Important Notice: Due to the dramatic increase in fuel
prices over the past few years, we are forced to enact a nominal fuel
surcharge of $2 per person, per day for all trips booked after January
1, 2008. This was a very difficult decision. With the cost of fuel
continuing to rise, it is a necessary step to ensure The Upper Class
is able to continue providing the high standards you, our valued
customers, have come to expect. We thank you for your understanding and
continued support. General Information
