Sit back and relax as we hit the road, heading south for the beach! Smell the salt air as you arrive at your ocean front hotel, The Ramada Plaza in Nags Head, NC, just steps from the beach! Celebrate your arrival in style before kicking off your trip with a welcome reception and dinner. Meet new friends and share the anticipation!

Day 2 – Flight of Fancy (B, D)
Take a Flight of Fancy on a guided tour of the Wright Brothers National Museum, where Wilbur and Orville Wright changed the world forever with the first powered airplane. Tonight, eat like an “Outerbanker” at Kelly’s Restaurant, a favorite of tourists and locals alike. After dinner, we’ll head to Jockey’s Ridge State Park for an Outer Banks sunset over the highest dune on the East Coast, a spectacular sight sure to take your breath away!

Day 3 – A Wild Ride… #1 Tour in the Outer Banks! (B)
Hit the beach and take a wild ride across the dunes in a specialized 4x4! Search for the mustangs that run wild on these shores! Only reachable by 4x4, your guide takes you through wildlife in search for the wild Colonial Spanish Mustangs.

Enhance your trip with an optional afternoon! Add to your vacation with a historic afternoon at Fort Raleigh, the site of the first English settlement.
