Day One - Jim Thorpe, PA's Fall Foliage Festival (Meals: D)

  • Step into the storybook pages of Jim Thorpe a picturesque town
    featuring Victorian architecture

  • Tour the elegant Asa Packer Mansion - a National Historic Landmark, built in 1859, featuring original 19th-century furnishings

  • Join the celebration at the annual Fall Foliage Festival featuring fine arts and crafts, live music and lunch on your own

  • Continuing on to Williamsport, check into the Holiday Inn in the heart of downtown - your home for the next three nights

  • Enjoy an intimate dinner at the spectacular Herdic House Mansion, one of the finest examples of Italian Villa architecture in the country

Day Two - "The Grand Canyon of the East" (Meals: B, D)

  • Marvel at one of the world's most magnificent vistas as you journey to the "Grand Canyon of the East." At the Canyon's overlook, you'll be surrounded by cathedral-like hardwoods.

  • Explore the canyon by rail
    and wagon:

    • All aboard the Tioga Central Railroad for a ride along scenic Lake Hammond

    • From your covered wagon pulled by teams of Percheron draft
      horses, travel to the Grand Canyon's Upper Gorge

  • Private dinner cruise along the Susquehanna River for a sumptuous dinner buffet

Day Three - Williamsport, PA & Millionaire's Row (MEALS: B, D)

  • Tour historic "Millionaire's Row" to discover the grandeur of Williamsport, referred to as the "Mother lode of Victorian architecture"

  • Marvel at the Rowley House Mansion, a masterpiece of Victorian architecture

  • Tour the historic Annunciation Church, built in 1886

  • Join a local artist for a visit to the largest outdoor portrait mural in the world

  • Dinner at the Genetti Hotel, a local landmark built in 1922

Day Four - Lewisburg, PA (MEALS: B, L)

  • Guided tour of the beautiful town of Lewisboro, where you'll see
    tree-lined streets and mansions dating back to the 1700's

  • Tour the Packwood House Mansion, an architectural masterpiece

  • Visit a candle maker's workshop for a candle-decorating demonstration

  • Dine in the Victorian House, an historic 19th century showpiece

 

*All Day Trips require payment within seven (7) days of reservation; Trips lasting two (2) or more days, require a 20% deposit within seven (7) days of reservation and balance due 90 days prior to the trip.
