Nauticus, a museum exploring the sea, then step aboard the USS
Wisconsin, one of the largest Battleships ever built

The grand
finale tonight is the Virginia International Tattoo. Dubbed a
"spectacle of music and might," by CBS Sunday Morning, the Tattoo is
in the tradition of the Royal Edinburgh Tattoo - a modern-day
military celebration springing from a centuries-old ceremony.

This is the
largest such celebration in the United States, and one of the most
spectacular in the world. This year's Tattoo brings more than 850
performers from several countries, as well as proud service men and
women from the U.S. Army, Air Force, Navy and Marines.

Day Three -
Norfolk (Meals: B, L)

morning, tour the Norfolk Naval Station with a Seaman stationed at
the base and see the Atlantic Naval Fleet

Lunch inside
a restored carriage house dating back to the 1840's

Narrated
tram tour of the Norfolk Botanical Gardens to witness over 175
varieties of rhododendrons and azaleas. Watch for one of the nesting
American bald eagles!
