* City Hall tours are free of charge and the price of the tour has been calculated with this in mind. Additionally, tours may be cancelled at the discretion of the Office of the Mayor. If a tour were to be cancelled at the last minute, a comparable replacement would be provided at the discretion of The Upper Class. 

*All Day Trips require payment within seven (7) days of reservation; Trips lasting two (2) or more days, require a 20% deposit within seven (7) days of reservation and balance due 90 days prior to the trip.
